KEANEKARAGAMAN TUMBUHAN ANGGREK (ORCHIDACEAE) DI STASIUN PENELITIAN SORAYA, KAWASAN EKOSISTEM LEUSER, SUBULUSSALAM

ABSTRAKPenelitian Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Anggrek (Orchidaceae) di Stasiun Penelitian Soraya, Kawasan Ekosistem Leuser, Subulussalam bertujuan untuk mendata spesies anggrek dan menghitung keanekaragaman anggrek di Stasiun Penelitian Soraya. Studi ini dilakukan pada bulan April 2019 hingga Maret 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling karena populasi anggrek yang diukur dibagi berdasarkan tipe habitat, yaitu alur dan daratan. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 25 plot di setiap tipe habitat. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 29 spesies anggrek yang terdiri dari 16 anggrek epifit dan 13 anggrek terestrial. Berdasarkan tipe habitat terdapat 19 spesies anggrek di habitat alur dan 15 spesies anggrek di tipe habitat daratan. Indeks keanekaragaman spesies (H) anggrek di Stasiun Penelitian Soraya termasuk kategori sedang dengan nilai di habitat alur 2, 629 dan di tipe habitat daratan 2,384. This research was conducted in April 2019 until March 2020. The method used was stratified random sampling because the population of orchids was collected based on habitat types, grooves and mainland. Data was collected in 25 plots in each habitat type. The results of this study obtained 29 species of orchids consisting of 16 epiphytic orchids and 13 terrestrial orchids. Based on the type of habitat there are 19 species of orchids in the grooves habitat and 15 species of orchids in the mainland habitat. The species diversity index (H) of orchids at the Soraya Research Station belongs to the medium category with values in watershed habitats 2,629 and in land habitat types 2,384.Key word: Orchid, Diversity, Soraya Research Station, Ecosystem Leuser Area
