In the event of implementation of the proposed Minute, will there be any attempt to limit the quantity of drainage water which the Wellton-Mohawk District would, in general, pump at the rate of 300 cfs. However, we have also agreed with Mexico that insofar as practicable the total amount of salts discharged from the Wellton-Mohawk District may desire to discharge into the proposed conveyance channel extension other than the physical limitations imposed by the proposed 353 c.f.s. capacity of that extension? 4. If the Minute is agreed to, will the Wellton-Mohawk District be prohibited from developing in the future more of its authorized acreage? 5. What have the Mexican officials done, or plan to do, to improve irrigation and drainage methods in order to better the condition of lands now under cultivation?
