a. Central Arizona Project incremental capacity to provide an additional 1,200,000 acre-feet per annum for municipal and industrial use. The water supply for the increased capacity would be provided by imports from other areas in conjunction with water exchange agreements. The facilities associated with this supply are the Lower Eel River storage and diversion facilities, incremental conveyance capacity in the East Side Division, Central Valley Project, the Lake Havasu Aqueduct and the parallel Central Arizona aqueduct.
