The employees' readiness for change in the organisation is a precondition for the successful in the process of change in the organisation. Hence, the main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between leadership styles, communication, and employee commitment with readiness for change. The location that has been selected to conduct this study is Kuching, Sarawak with a sample size of 50 respondents of the selected banking sector.
