Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Hyperbilirubinemia Pada Bayi Di RSUD Prof. Dr. SOEKANDAR Mojokerto Menggunakan Regresi Logistik Biner

Hyperbilirubinemia merupakan sebuah tanda kekuningan pada bayi akibat dari fungsi hati yang belum sempurna dalam menyaring bilirubin dalam darah. Angka kelahiran bayi di Jawa Timur yang mencapai 500 ribu jiwa pertahun dengan kejadian bayi yang terkena hyperbilirubinemia saat lahir sebesar 268 per 1.000 kelahiran menyebabkan salah satu kekhawatiran bagi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian hyperbilirubinemia pada bayi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojokerto tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari rekam medis. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bayi baru lahir yang berusia 0-28 hari. Metode regresi logistik biner digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara bayi yang terkena hyperbilirubinemia dengan faktor-faktor yang diduga mempengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 345 bayi terdapat 72% bayi yang terkena hyperbilirubinemia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang menunujukkan adanya hubungan dengan status terkena hyperbilirubinemia adalah berat bayi lahir dengan kategori rendah yaitu <2500 gram dan proses persalinan secara sesar. ======================================================================================================= Hyperbilirubinemia is a yellowish sign in infants resulting from improper liver function in screening bilirubin in the blood. The results showed that of 345 babies there were 72% of infants affected by hyperbilirubinemia.
