Nursing Care At Baby S With a Medical Diagnosis of Hyperbilirubinemia (Case Study in the Perinatology Room, University of Muhammadiyah Malang) 〖Rizqi Dwi Herlinawati〗^1, 〖Ika Rizky Anggraini〗^2 Introduction : One of the complications in neonates that often occurs is hyperbilirubinemia in 60% of term infants and 80% of premature infants. Data in the United States there are 65% of infants experiencing jaundice. Hyperbilirubinemia can lead to many adverse complications if not treated promptly. On this basis, researchers are interested in seeing the description of nursing care for hyperbilirubinemic infants with neonatal jaundice nursing problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital Malang. Methods: The research method carried out by the researcher is a case study. The case that the researchers took was in a newborn who was being treated in the Perinatology Room at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Hospital. This case study was conducted on infants with hyperbilirubinemia who underwent phototherapy with interventions that were given breastfeeding, one of which was administration to reduce jaundice in infants. Results: With the case study research method, the results of nursing care that can be taken by researchers are neonatal jaundice associated with less than 7 days of age, nutritional deficit associated with increased metabolic needs, impaired skin integrity associated with radiation therapy. Conclusion: management of phototherapy in infants with neonatal jaundice because hyperbilirubinemia can reduce the level of jaundice in infants
