This scientific work was made with the aim of knowing of Employee Work Effectiveness at PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia. The method that used for writing this paper is with descriptive analysis method and through literature study and observation. From the results of the writing,it can be seen that there are several problem which results in less effective work at the company. And to solve that work effectiveness problem is to complement the supporting factors of effectiveness so that the work can be completed appropriately. Key Word: Effectivenes, Work Effectivenes
