Pengaruh Kompensasi,Lingkungan Kerja,dan Pengawasan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Konveksi Ruko Kreasi Ponorogo

The pupose of this study was to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Environment and Supervision on Work Effectivenesss at Konveksi Ruko Kreasi Ponorogo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with data collection methods used are field research, namely observation/observations and questionnaires. In this research, there are 60 employees of Konveksi Ruko Kreasi Ponorogo. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The result of this study indicate that compensation, work environment, and supervision have a significant effect on work effectiveness at Konveksi Ruko Kreasi Ponorogo.” Keywords: iCompensation, Work Environment, Supervision, Work Effectiveness
