Legal aid is needed through the whole process, from the first legal advice to the legal aid before court, as well as by the implementation of the judgment. A correct legal language is necessary to express and understand a legal problem. Private lawyers as well as social welfare organizations will be confronted with the ‘translation’ of the legal terms to the litigants.
