Health-saving technologies in the system of physical education: problems and prospects

The article deals with the problem of the formation of new ideas about the "body" and "physicality" of a person in the aspect of strengthening and preserving the health of young students by means of physical education and sports activities. Health-saving and body-forming technologies in the educational space of society are implemented by coaching and teaching staff with the help of existing regulatory documents, which often translate outdated approaches to the system of physical education. In this regard, the problems of physicality are relevant, which, despite the research conducted, have not been adequately reflected in educational institutions. The establishment of a new societal order requires innovative changes in the educational environment, where the influence of external factors makes it difficult for the pedagogical process, in which parents, school, and society can no longer correct the negative manifestations in the lifestyle of schoolchildren and students.В статье рассматривается проблематика формирования новых представлений о «теле» и «телесности» человека в аспекте укрепления и сохранения здоровья учащейся молодёжи средствами физкультурно-спортивной деятельности. Здоровьесберегающие и телесноформирующие технологии в образовательном пространстве социума реализуются педагогами, тренерско-преподавательским составом при помощи действующих нормативных документов, которые часто транслируют устаревшие подходы к системе физического воспитания. В этой связи актуальны проблемы телесности, которые несмотря на проведенные научные исследования в последние годы, так и не нашли должного отражения в образовательных учреждениях. Установление нового социетального порядка требует инновационных изменений в образовательной среде, где влияние внешних факторов затрудняет педагогический процесс, при котором негативные проявления в образе жизни школьников и студентов исправить уже не удается родителям, школе, обществу
