Celem niniejszej pracy było opracowanie nowej metody ilościowego oznaczenia paracetamolu w wybranych preparatach farmaceutycznych z wykorzystaniem techniki różnicowej kalorymetrii skaningowej. W tym celu przeprowadzono wstępne badania zgodności paracetamolu z dwoma często stosowanymi substancjami pomocniczymi (celulozą mikrokrystaliczną Vivapur 12 i skrobią modyfikowaną STARCH 1500) w mieszaninach fizycznych. Zaproponowana metoda była oparta o krzywe kalibracyjne utworzone przez pomiar wartości entalpii ΔH modelowych mieszanin dwuskładnikowych paracetamolu z substancją pomocniczą w różnych stężeniach.
