Conflicts at work can take on different forms, have a various scale and intensity and they influence work of and results achieved by individual persons, teams of employees and larger groups bound with operation of a given business entity. The purpose of this paper is to describe relationships and interpersonal conflicts arising at a workplace and compare them between a group of blue collars and a group of white collars.
