This study investigates the effect of motivational factors on employee satisfaction in Asia Green Development Bank, Mandalay branches. The objectives of the study are to identify the employee motivation practices in Asia Green Development Bank and to explore the effect of motivation practices on employee satisfaction in Asia Green Development Bank. To achieve those objectives, descriptive research method is used based on both primary data and secondary data. For collection of primary data, the structured questionnaires disputed to 120 respondents who are from managerial level, supervisor level and operational level from Mandalay branches.
