This study intends to explore the employee motivation practices of Kanbawza Bank (KBZ bank), Kamayut township branches. Especially, it examined the employee motivational factors in Kanbawza Bank. These study applied Herzberg’s motivation theory to analyze the employee satisfaction level on motivational practices of Kanbawza Bank in Yangon. This study includes two sources of data. Primary data from Kanbawza bank of Kamayut Township branches. The questionnaires are administered to measure the employee satisfaction towards motivation practices of the bank.
