The objectives of this paper are to explore the employee motivational factor of Global Treasure Bank (GTB) and analyze the employee’s satisfaction towards motivational factors of Global Treasure Bank, Yangon. The descriptive method is used in this study. In order to achieve the research objectives, both primary and secondary data are used. To analyze the employee satisfaction on motivational factors, primary data were collected by conducting personal interview with selected employees by using structured questionnaires.
