APROXIMACIÓN AL CONTENIDO DE LA PREPARACIÓN PROFESIONAL PARA LA DIRECCIÓN DEL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA APRENDIZAJE

The article approached a form to contribute to the professional preparation of the elementary teachers for the realization of the guidance of the teaching learning process having as objective to deepen in one of its principal categories. The content the theme was made starting from establishing the necessity to achieve systemic relationship among its components to facilitate its integration. There are contributed theoretical elements acquired of the epistemology analysis and empiric procedures used during the realization of a pedagogic experiment. In the sense, the authors considered that absence of the characteristics in the relation between the components of the contents of the professional preparation of the guidance of the teaching learning process constitute the fundamental cause that limits its integration.  En el artículo se abordó una forma de contribuir a la preparación profesional de los maestros primarios para la dirección del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, teniendo como objetivo profundizar en una de sus categorías fundamentales: el contenido. Se aportaron elementos teóricos, obtenidos del análisis epistemológico y de procedimientos empíricos empleados durante la realización de un experimento pedagógico. Se resuelven las carencias determinadas en la teoría pedagógica, relacionadas con las definiciones de: preparación profesional, preparación profesional para la dirección del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y la de contenido de la preparación profesional para la dirección del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Estas definiciones son actualizadas y responden a las nuevas exigencias de la sociedad en cuanto a la dirección del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Educación Primaria
