GUÍA DIDÁCTICA DE DISEÑO DE PROYECTOS PARA EL EJERCICIO DEL LIDERAZGO PEDAGÓGICOEN LA FORMACIÓN INICIAL DEL LICENCIADO EN EDUCACIÓN

This article offers teachers, supervisors, guidance teachers and other agents involved in the initial training of the Bachelor of Education, a didactic guide aimed at designing projects for the exercise of pedagogical leadership in undergraduate students in Education, as a quality that they must develop during their performances as teachers in educational institutions. It also provides a demonstrative example of a project conceived for students of the Bachelor's Degree in Basic Education during the connection with the community. It was conceived through the application of the functional structural systemic method. This proposal can be generalized to the process of initial training of students of pedagogical courses at a national and international level with flexibility to the characteristics of their training processes.El presente artículo ofrece a los docentes, supervisores, profesores orientadores y demás agentes que intervienen en la formación inicial del Licenciado en Educación, una guía didáctica dirigida al diseño de proyectos para el ejercicio del liderazgo pedagógico en los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Educación, como una cualidad que deben desarrollar durante sus desempeños como docentes en las instituciones educativas. Se ofrece además un ejemplo demostrativo de un proyecto concebido para estudiantes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Educación Básica durante la vinculación con la colectividad. Fue concebida mediante la aplicación del método sistémico estructural funcional. Esta propuesta puede generalizarse al proceso de formación inicial de los estudiantes de carreras de corte pedagógicas a nivel nacional e internacional con flexibilidad a las características de sus procesos formativos
