This study aims to analyze: 1) To determine the effect of liquidity on capital structure. 2) To find out profitability affects the capital structure. 3) To find out the size of the company affects the capital structure. 4) To determine the effect of sales growth on capital structure. 5) To find out liquidity, profitability, company size, and sales growth simultaneously influences the capital structure, at Financial Institutions listed on the IDX. By using purposive sampling, obtained 10 Leembaga Financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Data analysis method uses classical asusmsi analysis, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, company size has an effect positive and significant effect on capital structure, sales growth has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, liquidity, profitability, company size, and sales growth simultaneously have an effect on capital structure
