Capital structure is the proportion of usage between debt and equity. The source of founds derived from debt has a capital cost in the form of interest cost, while the aource of founds devrived from equity has a capital cost in the form of dividends. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of frim size, profitability, liquidity, and sales growth on capital structructure. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 to 2017.
