PROSES PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN BIDANG PROPERTI DI BADAN PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN (BPSK) KOTA MALANG STUDI TERHADAP PENYELESAIAN PERKARA NO. 08/FP.BPSK/01/2020

Consumer disputes in the property sector occurred between PT. Adyastha Tiga Jaya with 20 consumers who were resolved through government institutions outside the court, namely the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK). The author would like to describe the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in solving consumer disputes in the field of property outside the Court because the property business often causes problems because the development of the property business in Indonesia increases annually between 15-20 percent. Then the problem that the writer raised is how is the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in the Consumer Dispute Resolution Process in the property sector in case No.08 / FP.BPSK / 01/2020 about PT. Adyastha Tiga Jaya; and what are the obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) in the Consumer Dispute Resolution Process in the property sector in case No.08 / FP.BPSK / 01/2020 concerning PT. Adyastha Tiga Jaya. This research is included in sociological juridical research, namely studying the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality. The final conclusion of this study is that the role of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) in the Consumer Dispute Resolution Process in the property sector is as an institution authorized to handle the dispute resolution process; as a facilitator to explain the rights and obligations of consumers and business people; actively reconciling the parties in order to reach an agreement; and carry out the maximum dispute resolution process based on applicable law
