Bachelor thesis entitled: Manufacture of gears in the first part focused on the distribution of gears according to various criteria. The second part deals with materials, which are suitable for making gear and their heat treatment. In the third part describes the different methods of production gear, including finishing methods. The last, fourth, part is practical and describes the design and manufacture corrected external spur gear with straight teeth. Production is carried out by milling dividing method modular disc cutter. This gear is designed for travel of garden lawn mower, which replaces the original gear with a broken pinion
