Production of gearbox components

Bachelor thesis deals with the production of a gear pair for the single speed gearbox. The projected piece production contains the making of the pinion gear; driven shaft and gear wheel. Initially the desired material and the gearbox and gears design are projected. Secondly the calculation of gearing is mathematically proven and the appropriate machining modality including measuring devices is selected. Thirdly the manufacturing procedures of each gearbox parts are optimized and the manufacturing manual is written. Finally the realization of the function unit production is documente
