Návrh technického vybavení vinařského provozu

The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part describes the winemaking technique of wine production and the necessary mechanization for wine production and the functioning of the machines and mechanization. The second part contains the research for selected machines and their table values. The main content of the thesis is the model of a winery and its description, which contains the minimum parameters of the necessary techniques, and the plan of the basic layout of the winery
