Moderní mechanizační prostředky pro dopravu hroznů a jejich příjem ve vinařském provozu

The bachelor's thesis deals with modern mechanization tools and procedures used for the transport and reception of the wine grapes. The task was to introduce and describe the individual technical solutions and options for the handling of the wine grapes in particular in fully mechanized harvest. The main identified technical-economic parameters of the equiptment and tools from domestic and foreign producers are processed in a form of tabular reports. A part of the thesis is also a proposal of 3 different variants of how the winery can be equipped with these technologies including the costs
