CUIDADO SOLIDÁRIO: UM COMPROMISSO SOCIAL DA ENFERMAGEM EM UNIDADES DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA

In this study the authors proposed a new way of doing nursing, sustained by a conceptual framework (concepts of atmosphere of relationships, human being, health-disease, nursing, solidarity and solidary care). Such framework was experienced in the exercise of the solidary care in an intensive care unit (UTI). The found results showed the solidary care is composed by cognitive, affective, social, moral, physiologica and organizational values, positive and negative attitudes of the nursing personal and the influence of the atmosphere of UTI on the persons. The solidarity is a process of gradual construction done through sharing of knowledge and of feelings.lt could lead to a more authentic and true approach between the professionals and the patients, bringing larger satisfaction and valorization of life.Relato de proposta de um modo de fazer enfermagem, sustentado por um marco conceituai (conceitos de ambiente de relações, ser humano, saúde-doença, enfermagem, solidariedade e cuidado solidário), experienciado no exercício do cuidado solidário em uma unidade de tratamento intensivo durante a disciplina de prática assistencial em um curso de mestrado em enfermagem. Os resultados encontrados mostraram o cuidado solidário como sendo um valor cognitivo, afetivo, social, moral, fisiológico e organizativo, junto a atitudes positivas e negativas da enfermagem e a influência do ambiente da UTI sobre as pessoas. A solidariedade é um processo de construção gradual feito através do compartilhar de conhecimentos e de sentimentos, podendo levar a uma aproximação mais autêntica e verdadeira entre os profissionais e os pacientes, trazendo maior satisfação e valorização da vida
