The search for new ways of teaching and learning has placed concept maps in evidence as a way of representing and sharing the knowledge. However, the time needed to train students in the concept mapping technique and to evaluate the maps produced by them is too long considering the professional routine of most teachers. One way to overcome these obstacles is to place the teacher in the position of map maker by creating and using his concept maps in the classroom.
