The objective of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the marketing strategy of Česká spořitelna, a.s. First part is about marketing, the definition and what it means in an actual modern world. Next part is focused on marketing and commercial communication. The practical part is mainly about Česká spořitelna, a.s. and its position in the banking market. Česká spořitelna, a.s. is compared with its main and well-known competitors.Results of the survey show that clients of Česká spořitelna are very satisfied with the bank, however, some of them are thinking about one of the less costly competitors.
