The aim of this thesis was to determine the specifics of e-commerce ice cream market and based on the findings, concerning companies operating in the market and consumer shopping behavior, propose recommendations for implementing the marketing and distribution strategy of Unilever CR, the largest ice cream manufacturer in the Czech Republic. The thesis deals in more detail with the format of ice cream pints and food or grocery delivery services, which in the Czech Republic are provided, for example, by the companies Dáme jídlo, Košík.cz or Rohlík.cz.
