The thesis focuses on the gamification of HR activities, specifically the hiring and onboarding processes. The goal of this paper is to discuss gamification of the hiring process and consequently design gamification of the onboarding process for the chosen company. The solution aims to make the process more attractive to new employees, and at the same time motivate them into proactive completion of all obligatory tasks, which are required by the company.
