How small business learnt about goods and services tax: lessons for vocational education and training

It discovered that small business operators generally do not seek new skills through formal courses but rather through informal, \u27localised\u27 support networks. It suggests that vocational educational and training providers should work collaboratively with small business operators to customise learning that meets their particular needs
