The Civil Procedure Code of Nicaragua (Law No. 902) introduced the payment process, applicable to money claims, in liquid, due, and enforceable amounts. It is a simple and agile procedure, which is available to the creditors who have a principle of documentary evidence of the credit that is intended. The purpose is to obtain an executive title faster than it is supposed to follow in a declaratory process.
