Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan Salmonella sp. pada Yelowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacores) yang dipasarkan di Kota Gorontalo. Dilakukan pengujian Total Plate Count (TPC) dan pengujian Salmonella sp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sampel tuna segar terkontaminasi mikroba dengan jumlah tertinggi 3X106 CFU/g sehingga tidak memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia ikan segar (2729-2013).
