Internationalization is a Trend of Development of Higher Education

The article discusses various approaches to the definition of the concepts of globalization and internationalization in higher education. These processes are complementary. Internationalisation has an important role for economic and social development of the country. As a result of an external interaction increases the efficiency of higher education in the field of research, the search for innovation, there is access to the scientific development of foreign scientists, which can be difficult in terms of isolation. В результате внешнего взаимодействия повышается эффективность высшего образования в области научных исследований, поиске инноваций, появляется доступ к научным разработкам иностранных ученых, что может быть затруднено в условиях изоляции. Существует возможность проводить совместные исследования и разделять расходы по их выполнению между участниками. Важным является и развитие межкультурного признания.
