This study had as its aim to identify the perception of some Human Resource managers, regarding the influence of IT in their individual work. For this purpose, a descriptive survey research was accomplished. The data were collected by a questionnaire organized with Likert scale. A non-probabilistic sample of 394 Human Resources managers were analyzed through statistic multivariate techniques. Were obtained five factors by the factor analysis, called: “decision making”, “productivity”, “decisive alternatives”, “innovation” and “managerial control”.
