Organizational learning theory focuses on how organizations as a whole learn and adapt to their changing environment. Library administrators and managers can use organizational learning models to manage the need to be responsive to external influences and internal changes, as well as foster a positive, productive work environment for the benefit of library staff and patrons. This session will introduce organizational learning and how it can be applied to libraries
