Mobbing and bossing is a kind of bullying in the workplace, which, in time, increasingly gets even in the armed forces, including the Police of The Czech republic. Psychic violence in the workplace is a serious problem, which is very underestimated. The aim of the work is to inform readers about the existence of hidden and dangerous psychical torture within the Police of the Czech republic.
