Mobbing and Bossing as a Modern Problem

A bachelor's thesis describes mobbing and bossing as a pathological phenomen of a modern society and it is looking for ways how to spread information about this psychological terror among people. The theoretical part deals with the issue of mobbing and bossing, defining the terms, describing their causes, phases and tactics and subsequent health results. The work includes graphs and charts for better understanding and comparison of dates and some information of publications and questionnaires. The practical part deals with analysis of the appearance of mobbing and bossing in Kutna Hora locality. The aim of this thesis is a description and characteristic of terms, characters of a mobber and wictims, tactics of achieving of mobbing and bossing and the possibility of prevention or defense. It is necessary to remark that mobbing and bossing are long-term issues that can not be explained or resolved in the only thesis. The dates are approximate, corresponding to only a small sample of the population.Bakalářská práce popisuje mobbing a bossing jako patologický jev v novodobé společnosti a hledá možnosti, jak rozšířit informace o tomto psychoteroru mezi lidmi. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice mobbingu a bossingu, s vymezením pojmů, popsáním jejich příčin, fází a taktik a následných zdravotních následků. Práce obsahuje grafy a tabulky pro lepší představu a možnost porovnání dat a informací z publikací a dotazníků. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou výskytu mobbingu a bossingu v Kutnohorské lokalitě. Cílem této práce je popis a charakteristika pojmů, znaky mobbera a oběti, taktiky dosažení mobbingu a bossingu a možnosti prevence, případně obrany. V práci je potřeba vzít v úvahu, že mobbing a bossing jsou dlouhodobá témata, která nelze dostatečně vysvětlit ani vyřešit v jedné bakalářské práci. Získaná data jsou přibližná, odpovídající pouze malému vzorku populace
