Bossing in the workplace

(in English): The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of bullying in the workplace. The main attention is focused on a specific form of bullying in companies, bossing, where the initiator of the conflict is the boss who chooses his subordinates as victims of this dispute. The thesis describes the most common forms of bossing and its causes and consequences not only for victims, but also for the team of colleagues and organization itself. Furthermore, the occurrence of bullying in the Czech workplaces in relation to parameters that could influence its presence in companies, such as specific work sectors and professions or the size of the company, is examined. To address this problematic accordingly, the bachelor thesis offers several prevention measures for victims and organizations that would eliminate bossing at workplaces
