The purpose of this study is to identify the employee's perception of the successful operation of the major determinants of learning organizations in becoming a learning organization. This study was done on 72.7 percent of the staff from CMM. It covered 40 out of 55 staff and they were randomly selected regardless their position or rank. To collect data, the researchers have used a questionnaire that was adapted from Michael 1. O'Brien in his book Learning Organization Practices Profile. The collected data was analyzed by using computer software, Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), which covered the descriptive statistic.
