Background: Learning organisation is defined as an organisation, in which individuals optimally create potential to accomplish their preferred consequences. Team learning is considered as an important component that emphasizes the importance of learning organisation in firms. Moreover, organisational performance, organisational innovativeness and learning organisation are associated for addressing the excellence of an organisation.
