Human capital and investment in education

This work deals with human capital which continual development should be very important part of life of everybody. The aim of this work is to show usability in work life -- if the higher education brings higher wage and lower rate of unemployment. There is defined human capital including its parts and ways of measures in the theoretical part. In the next part there is analyzed system of education in the Czech republic. The last chapter of theoretical part of this work deals with issue of lifelong learning. The practical part of the work aims in relationship between education level and wage level and then in unemployment of university graduates. Then there is examined agreement of studied branch and job and providers of further learning in the Czech republic
