This thesis is focused on analysis of personnel activities of the organization and motivation of employees to explore the implementation of the HR functions in a small company and determine the level of motivation and satisfaction of its employees. Output from the analysis should help the company to take such measures that could help to improve the functioning of the enterprise. In the first part is initially described the theoretical basis necessary for understanding the topic.
