Lean enterprise

This thesis should present some ideas from the lean enterprise, management approach, which is currently very popular. At first the Toyota Production System will be introduced in theoretical part, because the lean philosophy is largely based on it. Then I will take a closer look on some specific ideas from this philosophy. The practical part should introduce Valeo Production System, the production system of Valeo výmněníky tepla k. s. This company should provide prefect example, because it is significant supplier to the automotive industry, so the majority of methods is in the company applied for a long time, and therefore is the main part of the thesis analysis of this system rather than description of implementation. Nevertheless, the thesis may also serve as a good inspiration for companies, which want to know more about lean production systems
