Lean production system

I will be interested about lean manufacture and it's principes in this paper. The lean production itself and systematical product and process inovations are powerful weapon on today's market. Main part of my paper is a detailed description of principes used by Toyota. This company was the first business in the world who came on the market with these deeper and more intense implementations. The goal is to intruduce the topic of their system and show that implementing these principes isn't so expensive how it may look on the first side. I engage also history, a big part is given to our Czech manufacturer Tomáš Baťa in the introduction. Another part of my paper is given also to other systems that exist and Toyota didn't come up with them. Just like 5S and Six Sigma which phylosophies are the same
