The purpose of this report is to find out how do individual and organizational factors affect job choice. This is achieved by examining the relationship between individual values, psychological needs, organizational values, organizational supplies, and organizational attractiveness. Limited research has been conducted to find out how these factors can affect the attractiveness of an organization to job seekers.
