This project is aimed at understanding how employer familiarity, employer image, employer reputation, and job search behaviors work together to influence job search outcomes. Recent research has demonstrated the utility of brand equity when it comes to predicting recruitment outcomes such as organizational attraction, application behaviors, and even job choice. However, little is known about the nature of brand equity in a Singapore context.
