Aprendizagem da docência no curso de magistério: construindo um processo

This study is inserted in the ambit of the researches that investigate the discussion and comprehension of the process of teaching professional learning. It has how a reference the qualitative approaches of investigation and intends to answer this question: How is defined the learning of teaching in a Professorship course medium level through experiences lived in the Supervised Training ship and Teaching Practice? In order to realize this it was used a study of case, for what it was selected under determined criteria, a third grade professorship course student from the Centro Específico de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento do Magistério CEFAM Deputado Miguel Petrilli, located in the city of São Carlos, SP. The theoretical reference in what is based the research, defends the idea that the learning of teaching is a continued process. It still sustains the existence of the relationship between the actuation and the professor thought, between the acquired learning by living and the idiosyncratic teaching way. It sees in the reflection the possibility of interrelate the thinking and the acting. The inquiry had used information from: reports, semi-structured interviews, classes regency, classes observations. The collected data allow locating institutions, persons, and contexts that have contributed to constitute some of the teaching participant conceptions, the learning, and teaching itself. The information also reveal the learning resultant from the teaching practice, seeking to reflect about the relationships between thinking and acting. Finally, the possibilities and the limits of initiatory formation are discussed for the learning of teaching.Este estudo se insere no âmbito das pesquisas que buscam discutir e compreender o processo da aprendizagem profissional da docência. Ele tem como referência as abordagens qualitativas da pesquisa e pretende responder a seguinte questão de pesquisa: como se caracteriza a aprendizagem da docência em um curso de Magistério - nível médio - por meio de experiências vivenciadas na Prática de Ensino e Estágio Supervisionado? Para realizá-lo, foi utilizado um estudo de caso, para o qual foi selecionada sob determinados critérios, uma aluna do 3º ano do curso de Magistério do Centro Específico de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento do Magistério - CEFAM - Dep. Miguel Petrilli, situado na cidade de São Carlos - SP. O referencial teórico, no qual se baseia a pesquisa, defende a idéia de que a aprendizagem da docência é um processo contínuo. Defende ainda a existência de relações entre a atuação e o pensamento do professor, entre as aprendizagens adquiridas pela vivência e a forma idiossincrática de ensinar. Vê na reflexão a possibilidade de inter-relacionar o pensar e o agir. A pesquisa utilizou-se de dados oriundos de: relatórios; entrevistas semi-estruturadas; regência de aulas; observações de aulas. Os dados coletados permitem localizar instituições, pessoas e contextos que contribuíram para constituir algumas das concepções da participante acerca do ensino, da aprendizagem e da docência. Os dados também revelam as aprendizagens oriundas da prática de ensino, buscando refletir sobre as relações entre pensamento e atuação. Finalmente, são discutidas as possibilidades e limites da formação inicial para a aprendizagem da docência
