Illegal Fishing di Kawasan Perairan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Studi Kasus Penangkapan Ikan Tanpa Dokumen yang Sesuai)

Fish consumption has become the primary choice by the people; therefore, the demand for fish has increased. Potential fish resources thus become a main source for fishing industry. The category of fishing activities became various in order to provide the demand, including illegal fishing. One of the illegal fishing methods in this study is a trawl. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the activities of illegal fishing in the waters of Bangka Belitung island. The research uses qualitative approach with descriptive type.
