HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEHAMILAN DILUAR USIA REPRODUKTIF SEHAT DENGAN ASFIKSIA NEONATORUM DI RSUP DR.SARJIDTO

Background : The best age to pregnancy is 20-35 years old but many case pregnancy less than 20 years old or more than 35 years old. Complication pregnant in high risk reproductive age is asphyxia neonatorum. Objective : To study relation between pregnancy in high risk reproductive age with asphyxia neonatorum Study design : cross-sectional study Material and Method: The data were obtained from medical record of mother who delivered their baby at Dr.Sarjidto General Hospital, Yogyakarta, from 2008 to 2013. Total sample is 65 cases. Results: There was no statistical significant correlation between high risk reproductive age with asphyxia neonatorum with P=0,740 RP 1,130 (95% C.I 0,575-4,115). History of ANC and maternal education haven�t correlation with Asphyxia neonatorum with P=0,760 PR 1,08 (C.I 95% 0,430-3,180) and P=0,798 dengan PR 1,07 (C.I 95% 0,424-3,053). Mother who pregnant in high risk age 46,9% have low education level, 37,5% routine ANC. Conclusion: There is no correlation between pregnancy in high risk reproductive age with asphyxia neonatorum. History of ANC and maternal education haven�t correlation with asphyxia neonatorum. Suggestion: Further study with larger sample size and more variable related with incidence of Asphyxia neonatorum are needed
