Primary data obtained from questionnaires filled by Prameks railway passengers, while the secondary data obtained from PT. KAI DAOP Yogyakarta. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that overall service quality and the effect on the number of railway passengers of Prameks, timeliness and amount of available fleet to be one of increasing or decreasing the volume of passengers and also the quality of services provided
